Alyssa D'Errico joined the Dayton volleyball staff in January of and will be in her fifth year on staff during the season.

She serves as the recruiting coordinator and her on-court focus is blocking and defense. D'Errico was promoted to Associate Head Coach prior to the season. During May of , D'Errico served on the coaching staff of the U. Collegiate National Team - Thailand Tour. Prior to UofL, she played three seasons as a libero overseas on the professional circuit, including stops in Spain, Croatia, and France.

She continued her career in Split, Croatia, playing for ZOK Split in the top league, where she helped guide her team to the semifinals, taking a match off perennial powerhouse Rijeka, for the first time in club history.

Her final professional season landed her in the top French league LNV playing for Istres Ouest Provence Volleyball, helping guide the team to a quarterfinal appearance.
